Payment: Clipper Magazine Stadium is a cashless facility. We accept all major credit cards along with Apple Pay in our Ticket Office, Concessions Stands and Team Store. Cash may be used to purchase a gift card, which can be used throughout the stadium, in the team store.
Bag Policy: The Lancaster Barnstormers and Sheepdog Protective Services reserve the right to inspect and search all items. Guests entering Clipper Magazine Stadium should be prepared to have all hand carried items open and ready for inspection. Hand carried items include, but are not limited to bags, purses and back-packs. All bags will be searched and tagged prior to entry to the ballpark at a bag-checking station located in front of the main gates.
While bags are permitted, we recommend that guests bring only essential items into the venue. Clipper Magazine Stadium prohibits weapons, coolers, food and beverages, laser pointers, blow horns and other distracting noise-making devices, and glass beverage containers.
Autographs: We encourage our fans to ask players and coaches for autographs; however, there are some guidelines. Players are not allowed to sign autographs once the umpires have taken the field. We also ask that you be courteous of your fellow fans when seeking autographs.
Concessions: A true “taste of Lancaster” can be found at Clipper Magazine Stadium. Fuddruckers, Blazin J’s, Kreider Farms Cream, and Cylo’s Cantina to name a few. There are two main concession stands, one on either side of the concourse, along with a variety of specialty stands and portables located throughout the park. Come hungry and leave happy!
Our concession stands do sell common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) If you have any food allergies please contact the front office to make special arrangements to avoid contact with any specific allergens. The concession stand offer a wide variety of food ranging from the local flavor of Kreider Farms Ice Cream to Pizza. There’s something for everyone at the concession stands.

Fan Assistance: To make your visit to Clipper Magazine Stadium as pleasant as possible, the McNees Wallace Fan Service Center is located next to the main ticket office, directly behind home plate. A Barnstormers representative will be available at all times to offer 110% customer service.
Foul Balls: Fans are reminded to stay alert at all times, as bats and balls may enter the stands. You are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park.
Gates Open: Gates open an hour prior to every home game Sunday-Saturday.

Don’t leave Clipper Magazine Stadium without a memento of your visit. The Wohlsen Construction Team Store is located on the main concourse behind home plate and will remain open the entire game. A full array of items are available for purchase, with many items also available in the on-line team store here.
Kreider Farms Kids’ Park: One of the many features of Clipper Magazine Stadium, the newly designed Swing Kingdom Kids’ Play Park is located down the third base line. Complete with various inflatables, a carousel and other fun activities … a great way for youngsters to burn off some energy.
Outside Food and Drink: Outside food and drink and/or coolers are not permitted into Clipper Magazine Stadium. The Barnstormers encourage fans to visit and support other downtown establishments either before or after the game, or enjoy the concessions in the ballpark. We do allow fans to bring 1 sealed water bottle or empty bottle person.
PA Announcements: All requests for scoreboard and public address announcements must be made to the Barnstormers in writing or via email at least 24 hours prior to the game. Any day-of game requests can be made at the Lancaster Catholic Fan Assistance Center and will be accommodated if scheduling allows. All fans making requests will be asked to pay a $5 fee.

NEW Rain Policy (Effective June 8, 2018): If a Barnstormers home game is rained out OR if there is a rain delay OR if it’s just raining during the game that you have tickets for and you decide to leave our new Umbrella (Rain Insurance) Policy allows you to exchange your ticket dated for that game at the Two Dudes Box Office at Clipper Magazine Stadium for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any other regular season game, based on availability. Smoking: Clipper Magazine Stadium is a smoke-free facility.
Family Restroom: Clipper Magazine Stadium offers a family restroom, which is handicapped accessible, and is located behind section 17 with baby-changing stations and secure doors.
Ticket Office: The Two Dudes Box Office at Clipper Magazine Stadium is open Monday-Friday, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., and until the fifth inning of every home game. Fans can either stop by the ticket office, or call 717-509-3633.
Pennsylvania Act No. 1994-58 – Amusement Rider Safety and Liability Act: The Pennsylvania Amusement Rider Safety and Liability Act requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and must behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is cause for dismissal from the Park without a refund.
Rides Weather Policy: Rides will close due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which rides will be closed or which rides remain open is not possible, because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different rides. With the rise in the number of “secondary ticket agencies/scalpers”, we have experienced an increase in the number of invalid tickets being presented at our entrance gates. The Two Dudes Box Office at Clipper Magazine Stadium is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on non-game days. On the day of a game, the Barnstormers Box Office is open from 10 a.m. through the 5th inning.

We do not allow outside food or beverages brought into the stadium, with one exception; We allow 1 UNOPENED bottle of water per fan to pass through the gate. We encourage fans to visit other local restaurants before or after the game, or to enjoy our terrific concessions , with numerous options, inside the ballpark.
Yes. As a courtesy to our neighbors, the Barnstormers have a self-imposed curfew and will not begin a fireworks display after 11 p.m.
Plan on attending our Job Fair in the off season. As we get closer to the season, information will be posted on the website. (Must be 16 and over to apply for a seasonal position with the Barnstormers.)

Dogs will only be admitted to Wednesday evening games. Unless, they are service dogs. All dogs must have a waiver filled out by their owner. No dogs, except service dogs are allowed in the seating bowl. Service dogs may only be in section 26 of the seating bowl.
