Responsibilities:

-Assists with snow removal.

Behavioral Health Associates (BHAs) at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital deliver quality care to patients with varying psychiatric, behavioral and mental health diagnoses, ensuring their safety and continued care.

  • Promote highest level of functioning and independence for all residents, through participation in restorative programming, activity programming, ADL independence per resident ability.

  • Server responsibilities which include plating up and serving resident meals to the residents of UZRC at the designated times including safe servings of hot and cold food as well as hot and cold beverages.
  • Daily duties that include clearing away dishes, setting tables, and ensuring that each work and dining area are appropriately stocked with the required items to complete meal delivery at each mealtime.
