Position Description: 

Under the supervision of the Manager, Road Service, the Assistant Manager, Road Service provides support across the Club Owned Fleet Services and Contractor Network through training and investigation. This position will work closely with the Fleet and Battery Program Manager, and Manager, Road Service as a part of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities: 

Investigate damage complaints for both Fleet and the Contractor Network and report findings to the corresponding agent – Handle member complaints in conjunction with the Member Relations Coordinator – Support Battery Program which may include delivery, pickup, and coaching when warranted – Work with the Fleet supervisors and HR department to build and implement training videos to incorporate into the LMS – Provide training for both Fleet and the Contractor Network including, but not limited to: – Roadside Problem-Solving Techniques (RPST) – Battery Training (testing, installation, and soft skills) – Initial COF classroom training – Ride along training as needed – Partners with the National Office to provide Roadside Safety Training and Defensive Driver Training – Performs ongoing conversations with new hires within their training process to provide feedback to Fleet supervisors in conjunction with AAA Central Penn’s Performance Management Process – Utilizes reporting programs at their disposal such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. to report continuous performance expectation updates during training to the Leadership Team – Performs other duties as assigned to support company objectives and Strategic Plan
