Deborah Stevens is a dedicated Vice President Branch Manager III at First National Bank of Pa with twenty-three years of experience in the industry. Deborah places a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and employee development and focuses on growth and compliance. She conducts business with a high level of ethics and integrity and builds trust across business channels, establishing a rapport that shepherds mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Throughout Deborah’s career, she has made it a priority to be actively involved in the community. Deborah currently serves as Vice President of Lancaster County Toys for Tots. She is an active Board Member for Camp Cadet and Sunny Day Camp and currently serves as a Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America for their golfing tournament as well as being a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross. Having grown up with a Marine Corp influence from family members, Deborah finds the military dear to her heart. She has volunteered for Wreath Across America and continues to help veterans throughout Lancaster County. Deborah’s goal for FNB is to continue to build on its 159- year foundation of commitment to the community, while helping to lead it into a future of strength, agility, and growth. On a personal note. Deborah has four children (two boys and two girls) and a granddaughter, plus two stepsons and two German Shepherds. Her husband, Mike, is also active in the community. Deborah and her family enjoy cooking, camping, hiking, traveling, and just being out in God’s country enjoying nature.
