ATM Machine:
For your convenience, the ATM machine is located outside the Lancaster Catholic Fan Service Center next to the main gate.

Autographs:
We encourage our fans to ask players and coaches for autographs; however, there are some guidelines. Players are not allowed to sign autographs once the umpires have taken the field. We also ask that you be courteous of your fellow fans when seeking autographs.

Concessions:
A true “taste of Lancaster” can be found at Clipper Magazine Stadium. There are two main concession stands, one on either side of the concourse, along with a variety of specialty stands and portables located throughout the park. Come hungry and leave happy!

Our concession stands do sell common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) If you have any food allergies please contact the front office to make special arrangements to avoid contact with any specific allergens. The concession stand offer a wide variety of food ranging from the local flavor of Turkey Hill Ice Cream to pizza from Lancaster Pizza Company. There’s something for everyone at the concession stands. The Carvery offers you tasty Hess’s Barbecue and Auntie Anne’s will return with their world famous soft pretzels.

Fan Assistance:
To make your visit to Clipper Magazine Stadium as pleasant as possible, the Lancaster Catholic Fan Service Center is located next to the main ticket office, directly behind home plate. A Barnstormers representative will be available at all times to offer 110% customer service.

Foul Balls:
Fans are reminded to stay alert at all times, as bats and balls may enter the stands. You are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park.

Gates Open:
Gates open an hour prior to every home game Sunday-Saturday.

Hours: Monday-Friday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Don’t leave Clipper Magazine Stadium without a memento of your visit. The Barnstormers Inside Corner Team Store is located on the main concourse behind home plate and will remain open the entire game. A full array of items are available for purchase, with many items also available in the on-line team store here.

Kids’ Park:
One of the many features of Clipper Magazine Stadium, the B.R. Kreider & Son Kid’s Park is located down the third base line. Complete with various inflatables, a carousel and other fun activities; the B.R. Kreider & Son Kid’s is a great way for youngsters to burn off some energy.

Outside Food and Drink:
Outside food and drink and/or coolers are not permitted into Clipper Magazine Stadium. The Barnstormers encourage fans to visit and support other downtown establishments either before or after the game, or enjoy the concessions in the ballpark.

PA Announcements:
All requests for scoreboard and public address announcements must be made to the Barnstormers in writing or via email at least 24 hours prior to the game. Any day-of game requests can be made at the Lancaster Catholic Fan Assistance Center and will be accommodated if scheduling allows. All fans making requests will be asked to pay a $5 fee.

Parking:
Parking is FREE and available in stadium lots, at Liberty Place/Armstrong and on the street and surrounding areas. Click here for directions & parking details (including the locations of handicapped accessible parking spaces).

Rain Checks:
In the event that a game does not go five innings (4 ½ if the Barnstormers have the lead), you are entitled to a rain check. Simply present your ticket stub for that night’s game at the box office at any time and receive a ticket for equal or lesser value for any remaining regular season Barnstormers game, subject to availability.

Smoking and Alcohol:
Clipper Magazine Stadium is a smoke-free facility. For your comfort, there are alcohol-free seating sections available in the ballpark.

Family Restrooms:
Clipper Magazine Stadium offers two family restrooms, both of which are handicapped accessible. These restrooms are located behind section 17 and are equipped with baby-changing stations and secure doors.

Ticket Office:
The Two Dudes Box Office at Clipper Magazine Stadium is open Monday-Friday, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., and until the fifth inning of every home game. Fans can either stop by the ticket office, or call 717-509-3633. During those hours, tickets can also be purchased online by clicking here 24 hours/day, seven days/week.

Pennsylvania Act No. 1994-58 – Amusement Rider Safety and Liability Act:
The Pennsylvania Amusement Rider Safety and Liability Act requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and must behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is cause for dismissal from the Park without a refund.

Weather Policy
Rides will close due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which rides will be closed or which rides remain open is not possible, because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different rides. The Lancaster Barnstormers make every effort to reopen rides as quickly and safely as possible. Generally, the following inclement weather conditions will affect the listed rides and attractions:

  • High Winds: Inflatable Slide (Over 20 MPH).
  • Heavy Rain: All Inflatable Attractions, Bumper Boats.
  • Lightning and Severe Thunderstorms will have varying affects on all rides and attractions.

It is not possible to specifically state which rides will be closed at a specific time because the varying degrees of inclement weather can cause different effects on different rides.

How do I purchase a ticket for the 2017 season?
Once tickets for the 2017 season go on sale you’ll be able to simply click on the “schedule” tab above and select the game you want to attend. You can even select the exact seats you want!

What are the box office hours and how can I purchase individual tickets?
The Two Dudes Box Office at Clipper Magazine Stadium is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on non-game days beginning in February 2017. On the day of a game the Barnstormers Box Office is open from 10 a.m. through the 5th inning. What happens if my game is rained out?
Our rain policy is:
If less than 4 1/2 innings (5 if home team trails) of the game is played, the ticket may be exchanged at the Club’s Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any other regular season game, based upon availability.

How do I audition to sing the national anthem at a barnstormers game?
Keep checking the website for details. Information is typically posted closer to the season, between January and March.

How do I request a donation or Cylo/ player appearance?
Please click on the appropriate title under the “Community” tab on the top of our website. Just complete the online form and one of our staff members will handle your request as soon as possible.

May I bring outside food and drink into the stadium?
We do not allow outside food or beverages brought into the stadium, with one exception; We allow 1 UNOPENED bottle of water per fan to pass through the gate. We encourage fans to visit other local restaurants before or after the game, or to enjoy our terrific concessions , with numerous options, inside the ballpark.

What special precautions are taken to protect fans during a fireworks display?
At the request of the Lancaster City Fire Department, the parking lot directly behind the Turkey Hill video board will be closed at the end of the eighth inning before a fireworks display. The lot will re-open approximately 15 minutes after the fireworks display. Fans are not permitted to exit the stadium through the third base or center field gates until the fire marshal has deemed the parking lot safe.

Fans are also asked to move out of the center field lawn seating during a fireworks display.

Is there a curfew for the fireworks?
Yes. As a courtesy to our neighbors, the Barnstormers have a self-imposed curfew and will not begin a fireworks display after 11 p.m.

How do I apply for seasonal employment?
Plan on attending our Job Fair in the off season. As we get closer to the season, information will be posted on the website.

I want to be a host family for a player, what should I do?

Finding host families willing to open their homes and extend their families is an important part of signing players.

I am allergic to certain types of food, is there a way to avoid contact?

Are there any regulations on what you bring into the stadium?
For the comfort and safety of all fans, the Lancaster Barnstormers reserve the right to inspect all bags and to prohibit backpacks, coolers, laser pointers, blow horns and other distracting noisemaking devices, glass beverage containers, weapons, and any other items that could interfere with any fans enjoyment of the game.
